Global Traders has been supplying refrigeration and industrial machinery parts since 2000. We work with cold storage operators, ice plants, food processors and the engineers who maintain them — the people who need a specific part today, not a catalogue and a two-week wait.

What we stock is decided by what actually fails. Over 26 years you learn which valve, which bush, which seal is going to be asked for, and you keep it on the shelf. That is why most enquiries we get are answered with a price and a dispatch time rather than an order lead time.

The second half of the business is Al-Kausar Repairing Workers, our own repair workshop. Parts and labour under one roof means we can take a failed machine, diagnose it, machine what has to be made, fit it and hand it back running. More about what the workshop handles.
