Al-Kausar Repairing Workers is the repair division of Global Traders. Where the parts catalog ends, this is where we pick up: refrigeration machines of every type are repaired, rebuilt and fitted in-house.
That means when a compressor fails you are not looking for one supplier for the part and a separate workshop for the labour. We diagnose it, take what it needs from our own stock, machine whatever has to be made, and fit it.
What we handle
Compressor overhaul & rebuilding
Full rebuilds of reciprocating compressors: rods, bushes, pistons, crankshafts, valve plates and seals, using the same parts we stock.
Machine fitting & installation
Fitting of repaired and replacement units, including alignment and commissioning so the machine leaves running, not just assembled.
Precision machining, boring & lathe work
Where a part is obsolete or out of tolerance, we machine it. Cylinder line boring, seat restoration and custom turning.
Diagnostics
Send the machine model and the symptom, and we will tell you what is likely failing and what it takes to fix it before you commit to anything.
Turnaround depends on the machine and on what the strip-down finds. Send us the model and the fault and we will give you a realistic time and cost before any work starts.
